Returns Policy

Although it should not happen, we understand that sometimes customers order the wrong remote control or you really did not need a remote control as there was actually something wrong with your actual device.

If you have ordered the wrong remote, please let us know the correct remote required so we can help to exchange it for you (any difference in cost and extra post is required upon return)

If you need to return a remote control within fourteen (14) days of purchase please contact us to help you.

Email us at sales@gocompany.com.au or reply to your “Shipped Order Email”.

Please also included a copy of your invoice, phone number and a brief note about the reason for return.

This way we can process your return quickly.

The remote control must be returned as new, unopen, not broken or damaged and returned with all original packing as we supplied it. Do not write on, tape up, or mark the product or packaging in any way shape or form. GO Company process returns immediately as we don't get many (this is subject to inspection and acceptance of the return) this is usually completed within 2 days of receipt. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of goods returned by post. Any goods rejected for return will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returns for incorrectly ordered remotes that are not exchanged to correct remote, and no longer required orders will attract a AUD $22.00 checking / testing / cleaning / replackaging / restocking fee.
