If you buy a remote control from us and are not happy with it, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
We understand that sometimes customers order the wrong remote control or you really did not need a remote control as there was actually something wrong with your actual device.
If you need to return a remote control within fourteen (14) days of purchase please contact one of our experienced Sales Team to help you to do that.

Please also included a copy of your invoice, phone number and a brief note about the return.
This way we can process your return quickly.
The remote control must be returned as new, not broken or damaged and returned with all original packing as we supplied it
