Q:  How much is postage?
A:  Postage is $11inc GST within Australia (Overnight delivery to most locations with Australia Post Express Post = includes online tracking, email / sms updates + signature on delivery)

Q:  Do you post internationally?
A:  Yes we do, please see the "Calculate Shipping" feature on the product page, or the "Shipping Calculator" option in the shopping cart, if your delivery location is not aviailable please email us at sales@gocompany.com.au to get a quote on the correct postage cost to your country.

Q:  What is an Original Remote Control?
A:  It is a remote control that was supplied to you with your original product. Sometimes also known as Genuine Remote Control or Authentic Remote Control, it can now apply to a substitute or upgraded version of the remote that is made and supplied by the same brand. 

Q:  What is a Replacement Remote Control?
A:  It is a remote control made by another manufacturer (usually us) that will also operate like your original remote control.

Q:  Will your Replacement Remote Control operate like my Original Remote Control?
A:  Yes, our Replacement remote controls are generally a direct replacement for your Original Remote Control, just add new batteries. However be sure to check the full product page for all info available, or you can always ask us.

Q:  What is your return policy? Do you offer returns if the new remote doesn't work?
A:  Yes certainly, but please email us first at sales@gocompany.com.au with your order number or invoice number, we may be able to help if some set up or pairing is required.  The remote must be returned as new, not broken or damaged and returned with all packaging as we supplied it.  Please send back with a copy of your Tax Invoice.  Postage is not refundable. (We will test the remote on return, if at fault we will send a new (pre-tested by us) remote to you, if not at fault a restocking / service fee of $22 will be deducted from the purchase price and refunded back to you.

Q: What if I order by mistake? Can I return for an exchange? (please double check you have the correct brand and model before purchase)
A: If you do make a mistake yes, we can help, first email us at sales@gocompany.com.au with your order number or invoice number and the correct Brand and Model that you need a remote for.  We will check for you and advise the correct remote to purchase.  Once purchased the incorrectly ordered remote must be returned as new, not broken or damaged and returned with all packaging as we supplied it for a refund of the purchase price.  Please send back with a copy of your Tax Invoice.  Postage is not refundable.  We will test the remote on return and refund the purchase price back to you.  If the correct remote is not ordered a $22 restocking / handling fee will apply as above...

Q:  I have ordered and paid for a remote, but no longer require it, I have fixed my old remote / or have found my old remote, can I cancel my order and get a full refund?
A:  Sorry no, once an order is placed and paid for, it can not be changed or cancelled, however you may return it for a refund, Please send back with a copy of your Tax Invoice.  Postage is not refundable.  We will inspect and test the remote on return and refund the purchase price less a $22 inspection / handling / restocking fee back to you...

Q:  Can I ring you about my remote control?
A:  Yes, you can ring us on 07 3846 5666, Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm.
Please have the brand and model number of the device you need the remote for written down before calling.

Q:  How can I test my remote control?
A:  If you have a digital camera or mobile phone camera, have a look at the remote through your view finder, point your suspect remote at the camera, then while pressing a button see if you can see a light emitting from the end of the remote (Light Emitting Diode or LED). If you can see that light your remote does work.  Try it on a remote that you know works, then try it on the one you think is not working. *Please make sure the IR filter is off, as you are trying to see the IR from the remote...  Also try and use the oldest digital camera you have, as the new cameras with higher megapixels and IR filters will not show the IR signal being sent whereas the older cameras do.

Q:  Do you stock remote controls for products other than Televisions?
A:  Yes, we do stock remote controls for Air Conditioners, Blu-Ray Disc Players, Blu-Ray Disc Recorders, DVD Players, DVD Recorders, Home Theatre Systems, Audio Systems, DVR, PRV, HDD, Set Top Boxes, Amplifiers and Video Cassette Recorders (VCRs), if you need a remote control, just email us the brand and model of the device to sales@gocompany.com.au and we will see if we can help.
